How to Use Wheat Flour to Make Bread

We all have ate bread, however, do you know how to use flour to make bread at home? At its simplest and most effortless way, bread is made up of flour, water, salt and yeast.
 

Flour are the main material for bread. Wheat flour, which contains two proteins, gliadin and glutenin which, in the presence of water, combine and produce gluten. The higher the protein content of the flour, the more gliadin and glutenin are in it, and the more gluten will form.

Steps to Make Bread Use Wheat Flour
1. Take the amount of wheat flour you need for the bread.
2. Add one spoon of wheat gluten for every cup of wheat flour. Stir until the flour and gluten are complete mixed, then the bread flour are ready for use.
3. Begin kneading the bread flour until it becomes firm enough. During this process, you can add more wheat flour while kneading according to your own needs.
