Flour quality can be divided into three types in China, flour produced by different flour machines has different quality grade. Below we have a detailed introduction of how to identify the flour quality.
1. Color
Put the thin layer samples of flour on the black paper, and then compare with the appropriate color or standard sample, closely observe the color differences.
2. Texture
Again put the thin layer samples of flour on the black paper, check whether there is the moldy, agglomerate, insect and impurities, and then try the feel of flour.
3. Smell
Take a small amount of flour samples put in the hand, smell it, or put flour samples in a bottle, add 60 ℃ hot water and plug tightly for a minute, then pour out the water for smell.
