The 6FTFW model wheat flour mills utilize a "cyclone" system which directs the stock through separate extracting and sifting processes. Bran is prevented from entering the sifter to ensure that only semolina and flour reach the sifting process. The sifting process is able to separate the flour and guide the stock via the appropriate S, B or M system.
The problem of a blocked sifter was resolved through the removal of the bran, in turn helping to maintain the wheat's moisture content. In the sifting process, heavy and small-sized granules fall to the bottom while light and large-sized granules rise. Quality in the final product is thus assured.
