Flour Mill Units

Included in this series of flour mills are: 6FTS-7A, 9A, 12A, 9B, 12B, and 15A

The 6FTS-9A, 12A, 9B, 12B, and 15A are newly developed single flour milling machines based on the 6FTS-7A and 7B models. The two-part basic assembly is comprised of a material cleaning component and a milling component. Material cleaning is achieved via a continuous process with the product conveyed pneumatically. The milling component contains a high speed roller mill, extractor, blower, airlock and corrosion-resistant pipes. Its design confers such advantages as a compact structure, consistent output and eased operability.

Characteristics:

1. A simple, automatic feeding process allows for continuous milling and a reduced labor requirement.
2. The pneumatic conveying process decreases the dispersion of dust for an enhanced and safer work environment.
3. Increased productivity obtained through the inclusion of a high speed roller mill.
4. Smoother product discharge achieved via a three-roller feeding process.
5. Reduced investment outlay necessary for rapid returns.

M6FD Series Flour Mill

The M6FD series of complete flour mill units was designed on the basis of the original 6FY series flour mill with the addition of air elevators. These flour mill units have the following advantages: 1) Feeding the wheat grain, as well as flour and bran collection, is carried out above ground-level, increasing the convenience of the entire milling operation; 2) more automated processes to the flour mill to reduce labor intensity; 3) utilization of compressed air to transport grain via sealed pipes, thus preventing flour from dispersing into the work environment; 4) lower temperature of the finished product due to a more efficient process, thereby greatly improving the flour's quality; 5) versatility: can be used to grind wheat, sorghum, coffee, cocoa, other grains, and for chemicals of similar consistency.

6FS Series Flour Mill

The design of the 6FS series flour mills is based on the original 6FY series, although with the addition of air elevators. 6FY Series Flour Mill

The 6FY series of roller mills is a more basic design. These mills are efficient, capable of a large output, and are reliable. The finished product is dispensed at a low temperature. The flour is sieved with a round nylon screen, making it easy to exchange parts. The 6FY series is equipped with special components to adjust both the production process and the space between rollers for optimal usage of the machine. It can be used to mill wheat, sorghum, coffee, cocoa, other grains, and to grind chemicals of similar consistency.
