Steel-Constructed 60 TPD Flour Mill

The 60 TPD flour mill is constructed vertically out of steel. The mill's sifters are located at the top of the machine, allowing the stock to pass downward through the sifters with the use of gravity rather than exclusively with the use of a pneumatic device. This decreases power consumption and simplifies operation of the machine. To increase the capacity for extraction, KMEC has developed several bearing mills, patented aluminum sifter screens and steel support frames. These innovations allow for the milling processes of the 60 TPD mill to equal that of large-sized plants in quality at a lower cost and smaller space requirement.

Steel-Constructed 80T Flour Mill

In the steel-constructed series of complete sets of flour milling equipment, the M method was utilized in the design of the milling process. In this method, the equipment is assembled in an up and down structure, in stories. The roller mill, flour receiver and bran receiver are located on the first floor; the high-plane sifter and blower on the second floor; and the air seal and cyclone on the third floor. The complete set of equipment for the 80 TPD flour mill has a compact structure, is easy to install and operate, and requires a minimal investment, making it the best choice for medium and small flour plants.
